Today, while I checked my favorite blogs I noticed
I was tagged by a fellow photographer.
I was tagged to reveal 8 facts people may not know about me.
Here goes my best effort to deliver. :o)
1. I am an awesome Scrabble Player.
I recently joined a Scrabble Society in Santa Monica (hehe)
2. I grew up 100% Catholic.
Went to mass every Sunday.
Attended Catholic school, said prayer before every meal,
Confession, the whole enchilada.
a couple years ago I realized being raised Catholic is not
my religion or faith anymore but more my heritage.
I am a very spiritual person
but I no longer am a practicing Catholic.
I want my child to be raised with the knowledge of God as I see it.
3. I've been married for 4 years this November.
It has been a very bumpy ride.
With more down days than honeymoon moments
We Separated last year until we both decided to give it another try
putting out best effort to love and nourish the relationship.
We're both genuinely happy now and
hope to spend the rest of our years just as happy. (married or not)
There is no reason good enough for me to spend my life unhappily married.
4. My astrological sign is a Libra.
I don't believe or take astrology seriously.
however, everything said about the Libra
is 100% accurate about my personality.
5. I fidget. I can't keep still to save my life.
When I was 9 my mother thought I had ADHD.
Luckily, I don't and have managed to hold it together
most of the time. I now bite my lower lip when nervous
and if there is anything in my hands while I am having a convo
I will have completely destroyed it with out realizing.
6. I have always had a strong desire to adopt a child.
7. I have a "friend" named Bert he sings and dances
and will keep you mildly entertained.
8. I have a list of 100 goals/desires
I want to accomplish before I'm 35
I currently have 22 of these goals accomplished.

I'm always up for a board game...
Scrabble is usually my first choice
but since Robert picked ...
we played Monopoly
the game he brags he can beat everyone at
blah blah blah
something more about him being, "champion of the world"
So, while I spent most of my time collecting properties,
making monopolies and shooting the breeze here .....
making colorful cheese ....
Robert spent most of his time here :o)
I wish I could have posted pictures of how good I won
but I didn't want to bring anymore shame upon him.
Especially after he forfeit! (ha ha)
Friday night was gorgeous.
I had a bad night... so to calm myself and clear my head a little
we decided to jump in the car and head to the Ocean.
It was warm and crystal clear.... too bad I didn't bring
my camera.
So we went yesterday again, hoping I could get some sweet
shots. Well, it was cloudy, cold, and I forgot
most of my equipment.These are a few lousy
shots I am able to share
so, ok. This post has nothing to do with photography
but I do have pictures for you :o)
Today robert had an appt at the Veterans Hospital in North Hills
As we were waiting for his name to be called,
I flipped through the current issue of a Highlights magazine
when I looked up and suddenly had deja vu.
I looked around and continued to have this odd feeling
that I've seen this place before.
Well, turns out I'm not completely crazy.
I had definitely seen this place before!

i have a session early tomorrow morning so im heading in for the night.

not so much is going for the moment
things have been pretty mellow.
I do have a session this saturday so
im gathering up some inspiration from
my secret sources.... ok they're not really secret.
I usually scan over various magazines and other photographers sites.
Sometimes I'll even get inspiration from a movie.
The session I have this weekend is two teenage girls (sisters)
Oh by the way ... remember that roll of film I told you I found
and was so excited over because I didn't remember what the
roll was of ? The update with that is , It was a clean roll of film not yet exposed.
HAHAHA ..... yes I can be a bit dingy at times.
I didn't realize it until robert pointed it out.
I hadn't seen film in so long what do you expect?
robert locked himself out of the car yesterday and as he was waiting
for AAA ... tim allen parked next to him and entered the starbucks
he came out and robert didnt say a single word!! I wouldn't have bothered him
for an autograph but i would have said something,
"HI!" or
" Buzlight year ... Space Raaanger!"
hehe ... ok im off of the night I have a report to write.
robert picked me up from union station today
so we decided to walk across to olvera street.
we had a nice little afternoon doing what we love best
enjoying a good time for free :o)
we had their awesome taquitos and saw an Aztec dance.
some of the pictures are products that are sold on the street.
i wasnt feeling well ... ill be fine soon but the pictures here
were all taken by my husband robert.
i did some post processing on some of them

while izzie couldnt stop making me feel guilty with the ...

someone asked me, last week, what my favorite childhood past time was.
I had to rack my brain thinking back on all the good times i had as a child
Back then I didn't have a care in the world. I felt safe & loved. (perfect)
::here are a few::
Being as goofy as i wanted and not be judged
performing with the broom
Getting my first and only My Little Pony bicycle
Dancing the funky chicken on stage with my Montessori Class
Singing Spanish Christmas carols and
carrying the peregrinos at my Grandma's Posada
But my all time favorite pastime as a child has to be
putting on my moms clothes and makeup
and rocking out to to her Madonna albums
I Love thinking back on good times...
unfortunatley you cant see it ... but I'm rockin her
red pumps :o)
